Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, location), comp-card information you provide, and — for models — capture-session imagery and the resulting Digital Twin. Capture imagery and twins are biometric data and are treated as a special category requiring your explicit consent.

To verify your identity, build and run your Digital Twin, generate the images you request, and process bookings. Your capture data and twin are used only for you — never to train any shared or third-party model.

We share data only as needed to run the service (e.g. payment and verification providers) and only what those providers require. We never sell your data. Generated images are shared per the bookings you approve.

Capture data, trained twins and generated images are stored separately and encrypted. An EU hosting option is available.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Revoking your twin deletes your capture data, the trained model and our copies within 72 hours. Under GDPR you may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
